Lightning

We had a pretty spectacular thunderstorm come over on Friday night. Not much rain here though unfortunately. Anyway, I managed to get a couple of good photos of the lightning. Enjoy! 3 seconds exposure, F 4.5.

Water Spout

Whilst I have seen a couple of small water spouts before, this is the largest that I have ever seen. This one was over the ocean, so it was at least 10 miles away from here.

Mammatus Cloud

This picture shows an interesting cloud formation preceding a storm on 29th December 2006.
